Everyone is welcome

STEP 1: PRIOR TO ARRIVAL

Drink up buttercups! Take care and hydrate before for you arrive. Water is the essential element that helps us keep moving! Whether you are taking an early class or hopping into a class before dinner, grab a bar, a few nuts or a nutritious little nibble 30 minutes prior to riding. Pack a bag with your workout wear or come dressed in a top of choice (t-shirt or tank is preferred) and some snug shorts, pants or official bike shorts.

STEP 2: CHECK IN

We ask that our riders respect their commitment to themselves as well as the other guests who have come for a personal fitness experience and arrive 10-15 minutes prior to the start of class. If this isn't your first time with us, chances are we'll recognize you. We do our best at getting to know our riders by their first names. If you're a first-time guest, let us know. We'll be happy to give you a tour and make sure you're all set to ride. If you haven't checked in 5 minutes before class starts, your bike may be released. If you're under 18, we'll need a signature (in person) from a parent or guardian.

STEP 3: WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO RIDE

We offer complimentary towels in our studio. We provide cycling shoes to rent for $2. We also offer water for sale for $2. You can also fill up your water bottle at our water station. If you have your own shoes, we support both SPD and LOOK cleats.

STEP 4: LOCK IT & CHARGE IT

We offer personal, coded lockers equipped with USB charges so that you can charge it up while tapping it back!

STEP 5: BIKE SUPPORT

Our studio has a dedicated bike concierge to help you get set up, position and adjust the bike to fit you properly, and more. Again, if it is your first time, we'll show you extra love to get you all set up!

STEP 6: SAFE & SOUND

You know your body but you might not know exactly where you fit on the fitness scale. It's always a great idea to check with your doctor before starting any fitness routine. Whether you're taking our First Love beginner class or going on a more rigorous ride, it will be an intense experience physically. If you don't feel well during the class, let the instructor know or excuse yourself and ask for support at the front desk. Our instructors care about you, your health and that you have a transformational workout.
