Music Festival season is upon us! Make sure to get into the studio to get ready for your favorite bands. With themes like Tove Lo vs Foster the People, and Jay-Z vs Martin Garrix, you’ll be prepared for the hits and hidden gems of the festival’s performers.
Included are some pro-tips for your festival weekend to be the best one yet:
Hydration isn’t just for during spin class.
Drink water, before and after both your workout and the festival to ensure proper recovery from sweating it out, eating to your heart’s content, and enjoying your favorite bands. Even standing between sets can take some energy out of you, so be sure to recover with proper hydration!
The calendar may say fall, but it’s still hot and sunny. Seriously, bring a spray bottle of sunscreen and reapply a couple times throughout the day.
Wearing comfy shoes can make or break your festival experience. Be sure to break in your kicks before the festival or wear something you know you can wear long-term. Nothing like blisters to ruin you weekend.
The fun doesn’t stop on Sunday. After a weekend of music, fun, food, and drinks, meet us on the bike starting Monday morning to sweat it all out in the best way possible. Book your bike for some beats to relive your weekend fun.
