"Perhaps the greatest risk any of us will ever take is to be seen as we truly are."
A true Yankee, I was born and raised in Upstate New York! I landed a dream job working for the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children which brought me here to Austin, and ironically is also where I first clipped in and found my LOVE for riding. I was an instructor in New York for two years where I focused on building community through movement and connection. I have a playlist for every year I have been alive going back to middle school, so you can expect to hear a variety of genres in my class. I try to play whatever music is currently moving my soul! I am a trained therapist, writer, advocate, puppy mom, daughter, and cousin to another instructor on the team. When I'm not at the studio my very favorite thing to do is share a meal with others. I believe it is in the moments when we show up with all of who we are and give all of ourselves, that we are fully alive. I will encourage you to dig deep in class, to push beyond your own expectations, and to ride with an open heart. Strong bodies, stronger hearts!
